Hey guys and gals,

Here is the link to an article on Bicycling.com that I thought was interesting, and hopefully helpful. Especially for people like me that want to, or need to drop some pounds. It might also help us fuel our bodies properly for upcoming races and group rides. It doesn't say anything about Schlafly beers, but I am positive that it is ok to consume.

  1. Hey, Aaron! Very sound article - I concur. If anyone would like their body fat% calculated, I can do that with skinfolds or impedance. It is a good way to baseline. I just participated in a study for SLU on 3 different types of body fat evaluation. It was interesting. Women-specific study, though...
